Our project unfolds through five key activities, each with a clear timeline and tangible outcomes linked to inclusive education.

  1. Initial needs assessment

    31/08/2025 – 30/09/2025

    Kick-off; questionnaires and focus groups led by OKAN-Oostende. Output: needs report and agreed indicators.

  2. Teacher training course (Italy)

    30/09/2025 – 30/11/2025

    Five-day course by Teachersrise on inclusive methodologies; participants complete assessment and share learning internally.

  3. Piloting of inclusive methodologies

    30/09/2025 – 30/03/2026

    Teachers apply methods in class and keep a teaching diary; joint reflection meeting produces a piloting report.

  4. Student engagement in multimedia

    30/03/2026 – 30/09/2026

    Reciprocal interviews and video editing with partner support; public online showcase of student voices.

  5. Dissemination & eco-friendly practices

    30/09/2026 – 28/02/2027

    Local conferences, newsletter and media outreach; website publishing and green actions (e.g., tree planting).
