Context & Priorities

The project addresses the Erasmus+ horizontal priority on inclusion & diversity and the school education priority on key competences development.

Why this project

Our organisations share a strong need to improve inclusive practices, adapt teaching to increasingly diverse learners, and cultivate school cultures where differences are not just accepted but actively valued.

Objectives at a glance

  • Foster acceptance of differences among students and staff.
  • Enhance teacher competences through training and piloting.
  • Raise awareness via dissemination and open educational resources.

Needs and challenges

Our partnership is rooted in the real challenges faced by each organisation. By combining these needs, we create a stronger foundation for change: better tools, more inclusive cultures, and teacher training that reflects everyday realities.

New tools to support students with a migration background.

Build a school culture where differences are accepted and nurtured.

Improving inclusive teacher training by learning from real school needs.

The project concept

From needs to action: how our partnership will generate change.

Our partnership connects three schools and training providers around a shared mission: to make inclusion a daily practice. Through training, piloting, multimedia student engagement, and dissemination, we aim to create sustainable resources that can inspire other schools in Europe.

We combine practical classroom activities with research and reflection, ensuring results are both evidence-based and student-centered.
